beginning of each month)
Days: Monday and Thursday
Times: 9:00 – 10:00 a.m.
Equipment Needed: Bathing suit, towel
Class Description: This class is designed at a slower pace
for people wanting to gain strength, flexibility, tone muscles,
improve motor skills, and to build abdominal and back strength.
Note: All class participants including members must sign
the class registration sheet at the front desk before class
begins. Any fees must be paid at that time.
As with any exercise programs, please consult your physician
before beginning this class.
